Becky Gallagher is a Manager of Project Development and Strategy at SunPower Corporation. She is a 2017 graduate of the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. Her primary interests relate to distributed generation, energy finance, and environmental entrepreneurship. She spent the summer of 2015 at Genability, a solar startup that is working to reduce the soft cost of commercial and residential solar. The next summer, she worked at Pacific Gas & Electric on retail pricing strategy. At Yale, Becky helped lead the Energy Club. She also worked on a project about local governance of hydraulic fracturing at the Center for Environmental Law and Policy. Before coming to Yale, Becky worked for three years in conservation finance for the Trust for Public Land. A New Jersey native, Becky attended Tufts University and completed bachelor's degrees in Environmental Studies and International Relations.
