Audrey Friedrichsen is the Senior Climate & Renewable Energy Attorney at Scenic Hudson, Inc., an environmental not-for-profit organization based in Poughkeepsie, New York. Scenic Hudson strongly supports the goals of New York’s Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act, which increased the state’s 2030 renewable energy supply target from 50% to 70% to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate the worst impacts of climate change. Audrey's work focuses on "smart from the start" renewable energy siting and making the Hudson Valley a model for the transition to clean energy. She holds both a J.D. and LL.M. from the Elizabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, and a B.S. from Cornell University.
