Victoria (Tori) Hallas is a Project Manager within WSP’s Earth and Environment Practice, with a focus on renewable energy projects including offshore and onshore wind, and solar. Tori has worked in the private and public sectors of the planning profession. Her experience includes local, national, and international planning across the specializations of land use, transportation, environmental review and due diligence, and renewable energy. For the past nine years, Tori has specialized in environmental planning and has worked on several New York City, state, and federal environmental reviews for large-scale re-zonings, site-specific redevelopments, and public policy programs as well as national and international offshore and onshore wind, and solar projects. Tori obtained her Masters at Pratt Institute School of Architecture in City and Regional Planning and has a passion for offshore wind. She is accredited as a LEED AP for Neighborhood Development (ND) and is is currently enrolled at Yale University, Center for Business and the Environment, for a certificate in Financing and Deploying Clean Energy. Tori lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, two children, and two dogs.
